Frequently Asked Questions
Community HealthCare of America
-Demographics the clinic will serve
Community Healthcare of America’s Clinic will serve ALL of those in the local church and surrounding communities who wish to have access to first class healthcare in a caring, community focused environment. The Clinics will offer a walk in clinic, urgent care, internal medicine, lower extremity healthcare, laboratory testing and a variety of health screenings which address and identify some of the more common conditions seen in clinical medicine today such as diabetes, high blood pressure and peripheral arterial disease.
-Number of people the clinic can serve (monthly or annually)
The clinics will be open 5-7 days a week depending on community need and can accommodate 50-75 patients per day. This schedule will be flexible until we fully accommodate the needs of the community and surrounding region.
-Investment we are making to serve the community
Our health clinics will serve the community with greater access to healthcare in our convenient campus location. We aim to lower the overall cost of healthcare for our patients and for the community at large with our disease prevention methodologies. We believe that early intervention through screenings and community outreach through our church partnerships will help to achieve this goal.
-Impact and value to the community and how mobile units will impact community health
Our mobile health platform will allow greater access to our state of the art diagnostics and screenings by going directly to the people who need it. This ease of access will promote preventive healthcare in patients who otherwise may not have participated in a screening because of travel or simply not knowing what testing they may need. Our approach will encourage everyone to participate in their own healthcare by providing screening opportunities and fast access clinical care in their own place of worship.
